01 / Application process

How an application works.

Short and personal. From the first conversation, you talk to the people you will be working with.

02 / The steps

From first message to first day.

How long it takes depends on the position and on your schedule. The steps are always the same.

  1. 01

    You send a message

Through a vacancy or an open application. Tell us who you are, what you are good at and what you are looking for.

  2. 02

    Introduction

A first conversation with the founders. We tell you about TokoWorks and look forward to hearing your story.

  3. 03

    In-depth conversation

We talk about your work and your experience, and about how you approach a problem. Feel free to bring something you have made.

  4. 04

    Offer

If it clicks on both sides, we make you an offer and agree on a start date.

03 / Tips

What we like to see.

There is no need for a long letter. This does help us get to know you well.

  • Something you have made

A GitHub profile, a portfolio or a project you are proud of. It does not have to be big.

  • How you think

Tell us about a problem you solved. What made it difficult, and what did you choose in the end?

  • What you are looking for

What do you want to learn, and in what kind of team do you feel at home? Then we both know whether it is a good fit.
